2018 All Star Sign-up Forms

If you are interested in representing Willow Glen Little League in an All Star Tournament, please fill out and return the attached Verification of Availability form. The form details the requirements to participate on a Little League sponsored All Star team.

Filling out and returning the form does not guarantee your child a spot on an All Star team. Rather, this form only indicates that you understand the requirements of being on an All Star team and that your child will be available for all games and practices.

  • All Star selections will be made during the last week of May and you will be notified if your child has made a team.
  • Parents will be required to perform additional volunteer duties when WGLL hosts the 8/9 All Star Tournament at Bramhall Park.
  • Turn in completed forms at the Majors Field score booth. There will be a clearly identified box to place your form.
  • The deadline to return completed forms is May 25.
