All Star Eligibility Form

If you are interested in representing Willow Glen Little League in an All Star Tournament, please fill out and return the attached Verification of Availability form. The form details the requirements to participate on a Little League sponsored All Star team.

Filling out and returning the form does not guarantee your child a spot on an All Star team. Rather, this form only indicates that you understand the requirements of being on an All Star team and that your child will be available for all games and practices.

Our expectation is that by filling out and submitting an All Star eligibility form, you are committing your child to attend 100% of the games and practices during the All Star season.

All Star selections will be made during the last week of May and teams will be announced on June 2nd.
Parents will be required to perform additional volunteer duties when WGLL hosts the 11 Year Old All Star Tournament at Bramhall Park.
